Touchpad scrolling

I'm running Woody on a Toshiba 3005-S304, planning on upgrading to Sarge 
when I get some time.

I'm doing alright, still a little stuck on sound... but in the meantime, 
I was wondering if there was a way to get my touchpad's edge to act like 
a scroll wheel.

You know, the behavior where dragging your finger along the edge in a 
window with scrollbars causes it to scroll up/down?
