Updating a non-networked laptop

        I have a Debian/Knoppix laptop without a network connection and a 
dekstop 
machine running redhat9.  I installed knoppix 3.2, and so I want to update.  
How can apt-get packages and burn them to a cd, while satisfying 
dependencies?  Thanks,
