Only one I've noticed and care about =) The suspend feature (/proc/acpi/sleep) doesn't work the way I want it. Sleep state 1 needs a patch from acpi bugzilla (don't know if it hasn't made it into acpi yet), and hibernation doesn't work if I am running X (something about the drm/dri-drivers not supporting it).
