Installing Debian in a Toshiba M70-181 Laptop

Hi all,
   I think that it is an already answered question, but I cannot
install the Debian Sarge in my Toshiba M70-181 Laptop because it don't
recognize my SATA hard disk. Could you help me, please? Thanks.
