Just for info... there is no cryptsetup on debian-installer image and after downloading latest knoppix CD (5.0.1) i realized, there is also no cryptsetup. So I just copied cryptsetup executable to knoppix ramdisk (as it have all required libraries installed), setup chroot and installed initramfs-tools which turns out to be easily configurable. And after some tweaking of my old mkinitrd scripts i was able to boot new kernel. Many thanks for help. Mixi
