* Wake on LAN
* Wake on WLAN

* Wake on RTC (cat /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm should return nothing)

You should be able to setup all this in the BIOS/UEFI. Maybe dmesg
output tells something about the exact wakeup event.
