No, it's simply not scanned. No-exists for bluez.

The same in iPad iOS.  

It works instantly in any Android though.

It's a low-energy device (whatever that means) and some web pages say that's 
rather new to linux kernel; but those pages are about 2y old now, so i thought 
it should be working meanwhile.

On Win10, i had to reinstall bluetooth driver/system directly from Intel to 
make the mouse work correctly (it suddenly stopped after a few minutes). Which 
is a sad thing considering the laptop already is 5y old, plus it's a not too 
cheap microsoft mouse.
