Yup, I was thinking that your ml might be in Italian :) I've had 6 years of latin so I understand some but its mediocre at best. To my knowledge, debian-lex has not produced any releases/ISOs yet. I understood it to be the first point of contact for anyone interested in this sort of thing and to generate packaging efforts eventually culminating in a full-blown CDD (such as skolelinux, debian-med ...).
So I'm unsure how to actually merge as such, perhaps Jeremy can clarify this. I do think though that a combination/collaboration would be great for both groups, perhaps make a skeleton CDD-lex around which the various flavours (your linuxlex, the brazilian cdd ...) can be organised. Dipping into the case management software it seems though they are all focussed on civil systems so there would be a first customising effort. Most of this looks like it could be handles well via tasksel or some finer grained virtual packages. Perhaps an IRC session would be good. cheers jj On Wed, 2005-06-15 at 14:41 +0200, luca marletta wrote: > No is in italian. most of us can speak english but due to the fact > that we are 100% italian for now no reason to use english. > > I suggested to join the list actually just to keep in touch but > Debian-lex list is ok for all of us interested. > > Our mainteiners Monto and Fabio are experiment in these days a new > quick way to build a CD live and they can also help for a release on > your specifications. > We can also host it in our site or, on the contrary, if you have an > host (our space is limited) you can host our ISO. > > I suggest to go on thinking to a merge. > > I wait here for a answer from Monto and Fabio > > cheers > > Luca > > Alle 02:31 del 15 Jun 2005, Johannes Jordens ha scritto: > > Hi! > > Looks rather good, congratulations!
