Package: lintian

Please add a test for gconf dependencies in lintian. Many packages are
using dh_gconf, which generates a postinst calling gconf-schemas,
without depending on ${misc:Depends}.
When gconf-schemas is called in the postinst or the prerm scripts, there
must be a dependency on gconf2 (>= 2.10.1-2 or higher) in the same
binary, otherwise an error should be raised.
