Hi,
the current description for patch-system-but-direct-changes-in-diff
is slightly misleading.
"The package uses a patch-system, but the Debian diff.gz contains changes
made on files without being separated out in a patch."
It should at least mention, that even completely new files outside debian
dir leads to this warning.
