Make the patch-systems-no-readme-source really not contain a README.source
Although the test was firing the intended tag, it was only doing so because
the
test for the tag was broken (c.f. commit
16abafa7ff615e04c505ca9f6d59190ab6aca0fa) and the test package actually
contained a README.source, despite its name.
