Please add a (warning?) check for "empty" DP: descriptions like this.
You mean like dpatch-missing-description?
If you have a specific concrete example of a situation where the existing
checks are not flagging this correctly, then please provide that, preferably
in the form of a source package (or a pointer to one if it's already in the
archive).
