Yes, the package, symfony1.4 [1], ships an empty tiny_mce.js file as data input for unit testing, you can check it at /test/unit/helper/fixtures/tiny_mce.js of the source package. As you can see it is a very special case, don't know if it is worth the effort of making any changes.
