Just for the record, I am scribbling some notes summarizing our discussions
here and I will post what I have so far in the form of a 0-th draft of the
document.
Gee, I am too lazy to give proper definitions of terms that we use
frequently. I can post what I have so far as a request for
comments/discussions/patches. :-)
