Huh? 1f2f20b9973bbea25f10372f5d951216f7379fbe added just two targets
that are currently not used by any tool[0]. I can't see how it could
possibly affect buildability of lintian.
[0] Well, except dh in compat 9, but lintian certainly doesn't use it.
