Removed "diff-contains-bts-control" check from the legacy test
dpkg-source by default wants to exclude this directory. This
can lead to test failures with the produced source package,
unless the proper flags are passed to dpkg-source.
The new test suite already covers this, so the coverage is
unaffected.
