I think that it is most likely that the final URL in DEP 5 will be:

Trailing slash is missing here. (Lintian *does* accept the URL without
it.)

However, it is not yet recognised by Lintian…

The URL[1] gives me a "Page not found"; I guess we need a Policy upload
first?
I don't think it's necessary to wait for Policy upload. lintian
currently happily accepts any URLs that can unambiguously identify DEP-5
version, even though some of them give 404.
