Created new module for handling architectures
The new API handles some basic queries like checking if a string
is a known architecture or architecture wildcard. It can also
expand an wildcards and check if a wildcard contains an a given
architecture.
Also moved data/fields/architectures to data/common.

I didn't look very carefully at the diff, but I'm afraid the current
implementation is too simplistic too be correct. For example, the
"any-arm" wildcard should expand to at least: arm armel armhf. I believe
it currently doesn't.
