As discussed with Scott on IRC, this is a (not very obvious) true positive: the script in question has a "#!/usr/bin/env python" shebang, but the package depends on python3. (The shebang should probably be set to "#!/usr/bin/python3" or removed completely.)
It would be be more helpful if lintian printed out the shebang (and possibly the dependency it expects to be satisfied).
