Hi,
Lintian does not appear to be using libhtml-parser-perl nor
libtext-template-perl (anymore?). libtext-template-perl is used by the
test suite and harness, but since none of them are shipped in the
lintian package, it seems weird to suggest them.
If it is to mind ourselves what reporting/{harness,$co} needs, then it
is outdated (missing liburi-perl) and it would probably be better to
write for us to write an outcommented lintian-harness stub where we add
those.
