Package: lintian Version: 2.5.10 Severity: wishlist I was a little surprised to notice that Lintian doesn't already have a check to correct "priviledge" to "privilege". I've seen this error in for instance the long descriptions for apf (#679007) and preload, the README files for beep and piuparts, the FAQ for libxine, and crypt(1) from manpages-dev (not to mention a lot of changelog entries).
All of the added spelling corrections in the attached patch are fixes for errors I've seen in multiple control files. -- JBR Ankh kak! (Ancient Egyptian blessing)
