According to multiarch specs:
- usr/i686-w64-mingw32/include/ => usr/include/i686-w64-mingw32/
- usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/lib/ => usr/lib/x86_64-w64-mingw32/
May be a new check is worth it, checking gnu triplet and suggesting
something more appropriate.
Last time cross-compiler paths were discussed there was no consensus
that switching to multi-arch paths is the right thing to do:
