For my personal taste, machine-readable was and is a mis-nomer. In my personal experience I find CF 1.0 much more _human_-readable as well than any unstructured prose in d/copyright.

My personal favourite would be something like "structured copyright format".

I like "structured", and it's shorter than "machine-readable", which is always a plus for tag names (although it's not as short as "dep-5" :-P).

But I'm not sure if Lintian should invent or promote new terminology. :-) Maybe we could get the Policy document renamed first?
