Package: lintian Version: 2.5.30+deb8u4 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
The backports-changes-missing tag can now be considered obsolete, as the -v option is no longer required for a package to be accepted into backports (it's merely "recommended" now)[1][2]. Please either remove this tag, or downgrade the severity (wishlist/pedantic?).
