Sure!
Indeed, once you think you have reached a consensus could you file new and
separte, wishlist bugs against Lintian? I ask because this bug (#873211) is
already closed and adding a laundry list of changes here is likely to some of
them being lost, etc. etc.
Besides, many of them can be worked on completely independent of each
other :)
