Package: lintian

Severity: normal

This tag wants the wildcard paragraph as first stanza in
debian/copyright. I use(d) to start with the license stanzas, like

Format: https://www.debian.org/doc/packaging-manuals/copyright-format/1.0/

As per my reading of the sepc this is perfectly valid, however, still flagged
by lintian.

So either the spec needs clarification (which I doubt) or the lintian check
should be relaxed.

let us close this bug report as it is currently not actionable.
