Dear Maintainer,
#912038 brought to my attention that some maintainers seem to want to
work around their packages being properly being tested by
piuparts.debian.org, which is bad.
Thus I would like to see a lintian error if the variable $PIUPARTS_TEST
is being used in maintainer scripts similar like lintian can detect
autompkgtests consisting of just 'exit 0' or 'true'.
