Changes:
[lamby] Show logs for tests with parse errors when unattended and show all
parse errors in TAP.
[lamby] Don't emit command-in-sbin-has-manpage-in-incorrect-section for
symlinks; they are invariably provided for legacy/compatibility reasons.
