Do you define separate standalone License paragraphs for 'gpl-3' and 'gpl-3+'? It looks like there is only a combined standalone License paragraph for 'gpl-3 or gpl-3+', but we would have to see your package (or at least the copyright file) to say for sure. Kind regards Felix Lechner
