This is now implemented. [1] You can find it live on https://lintian.debian.org.
As noted in the commit message, we would furthermore like to offer
hyperlinks to binarycontrol.debian.net, but those URLs are presently
not unique for each pool path. (Ideally, they would accept the pool
path.) That website also currently does not accept all common release
code names such as 'sid'.
