Hi! I did some testing at https://salsa.debian.org/otto/lintian/-/pipelines and to replicate what we had in https://salsa.debian.org/lintian/lintian/-/merge_requests/512 but I can't reproduce the situation but I can't get the details now. Perhaps the original change should have been on the job .test-lintian and not .test-autopkgtests (https://salsa.debian.org/otto/lintian/-/commit/78d560ff187d2e43ced62d25e43f823e94870e3f).
Anyway, I confirm that this is indeed useless right now and best to just remove it.
