If it helps, the libgprofng0 package is only built on some
architectures, and the binutils-dbg package is empty where there's no
libgprofng package.

as reported in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1125783
Since pollo says that it started to happen with 2.45 version, I think this is
the problem here.
Both of them are shlibs check and given that your shlibs was wrong, this is
expected, as it tries to match lib with every line listed in shlibs.
#1125783 seems to have been fixed in latest binutils upload.
Are any of you still able to repro these warnings? If not, I think this should
be closed.
FWIW I agree it should be closed.
