I agree with Nilesh that the changelog entry should be a little more 
descriptive. It's not hard to add a few more words.

There are only a few people working on Lintian.  There has been an RFH open for 
Lintian for years. And there are a lot of bugs against Lintian, because most 
people in Debian use it to check their packages. So yes, it does take a long 
time for a 1 or 2 contributors to get through such a large backlog.
