Paris, on July 12th, 2006 Hello I am a beginner and I have download an iso of Debian Live Sid i386 KDE and it doesnt work ! I am (not very) disappointed because the 1st version Gnome 5th may 2006 doesnt work also. The ISO works well (but b I amnt sure) until debian $: But neither graphic KDE. The process is stopped I dont know what command do I use to continue the process. My configuration is classic (optimisation of platform AMD 32bits 1983-1984): CPU AMD Athlon XP 2500+ Motherboard MSI K7 N2 Delta ILSR (1394+Lan+Sata+Raid) 1Go RAM Graphic Card ATI Radeon 9600XT 128Mo Sound Card Creative AUDIGY Dvd Recorder Plextor 708A DVD Reader Plextor 130A CD-W Recorder TEAC 58E DD Maxtor IDE Screen Ilyama 17p This platform is accepted by distros LIVE like : Knoppix CD and DVD, Kaella, Mandriva, ubuntu, Suse live dvd, Parxix,etc Thank you for your work Lahlou TOUAHRI
