It seems that mbr package helps in usb boot, i'm using:
drive="`sfdisk -s $device`"
drive_size="`expr $drive \/ 1024`"
#sizefat="`expr $drive_size \* 76 \/ 100`"
Wiki has eaten the backticks ;-)
