I think this is not a bug in make-live or whatever. It seems that your
internet connection was down at this moment, and due to this it couldn't
reach any servers.
No, I'm able to browse and even install using apt-get. I think it is something to do with proxy from chroot. Also I have been getting the same error everytime.
