LH_BOOTSTRAP_FLAVOUR is supposed to do two things:
* let people specify their 'own' bootstrap script for {c,}debootstrap
to use.
* automatically use the 'smaller' bootstrap script when mini or
minimal packages lists are selected.
this has been fixed in git.
