This patch is bad for the Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
Because these people will build the package, and judging it from the
locale becomes a trouble.

If you want to use Japanese, put this list on a
config/chroot_local-packageslists/ directory, and set
lh_config --bootappend-live "locale=ja_JP.UTF-8 keyb=jp kmodel=jp106"
