I want to report a problem in your debian-live manual
( http://live.debian.net/manual/en/ ).
There is something wrong with the entities.
In the source code there is use of "&live-helper;" for example,
but in the output version of the manual there is nothing visible
of that.
An example:
In the source code I see:
<listitem>
<para>An up-to-date version of &live-helper;</para>
</listitem>
The output on http://live.debian.net/manual/de/html/ch02s01.html
is:
1. Super user (root) access
=> 2. An up-to-date version of
3. A POSIX-compliant shell, such as bash or dash.
