with installation, you mean installation from .debs. if you use
live-installer (did you read the manual?), you can install from
filesystem.squashfs.

don't use ubiquity, it's the wrong approach.

see the videos posted some weeks ago on how you can acchieve the same
with d-i in connection with debian-installer-launcher.
