Daniel, please do not remove http://wiki.debian.org/DebianLive/Howto/USB 
before making sure all content was migrated somewhere else. I launched a 
thread which identified the problem earlier this month, and am hoping 
the manual will properly integrate the content soon. Until then, I 
restored the page.
