Daniel and the rest of the crew, I have been working with Debian live for a long time and absolutely love it! I appreciate all the hard work, effort, and direction put into it. I have created a variant based on Debian live that helps teachers with a need for a portable network lab setup I call Edix (Educational Linux). It comes ready to deploy various Learning Management systems and other educational related software and like Debian Live is a work in progress but is in use in at several training and university settings already. I am currently at work on an upgrade and website to start promoting the software to get updates out to those currently using it. Can you please add: Edix http: www.eddixon.net/moodle to the downstream list of Live Debian Systems your hard work has helped to create.
Detail: Edix The Educational Linux System (Edix) is a Debian live operating system designed to boot from USB and provide instructors, trainers, and teachers with a ready to go solution providing classroom software support scaling from one learner to an entire school or district. While technically an Operating System the Edix system provides its real value as a system of operation using the software supplied as a means to organize, document, and provide professional training to learners at a distance or in the classroom.
