exactely, and just to reiteratate and emphasis on that, we have
'information' in three places:

  * manpages: *low-level reference* information only (i.e. what
    parameters exist, what options are valid; but nothing more)

  * wiki: *development centric*, few little bits of information only
    that don't make sense to be put into the manual or don't fit (i.e.
    build status information, todo lists).

  * manual: absolutely everything else :)
