this is missing the nfs options.. see man live-boot.
Boots fine with nfs options now - but cannot login. Username "user"
and password "live" do not work.
Found some 2010 bug reports about this, but they say they are fixed.
Seems from the posts that live-boot scripts should create the
user/passwd, as the user is not in chroot/etc/passwd. hmm.. how to
debug?
I tried adding this to config: --bootappend-live "username=live-user",
but still no go with that username.
Shouldn't the virtual terminal autologin? There are options to
disable, so it would seem to be default.
