Glad to hear it. No problem. > last question if you can.. i suppose that the config file to insert new > packages on lb 3.x as debian installer ,terminator etc, is > lxde-desktop.list.chroot. Except for the suffixes, which must be specified as documented, the names themselves are arbitrary. If you have a separate list of additional material to include, it is probably simplest if you just supplement the config with your own list, such as 'mylist.list.chroot' (or else give it an appropriate name according to whatever purpose you have in mind for including this extra material). > if so, with the old release of lb 2.0 i used a > bash script with the following label and other instructions > > --debian-installer-gui true \ > --debian-installer-distribution "$INSTALLER_DIST" \ > --debian-installer "$INSTALLER" Of course, auto/config could be modified to include whatever shell variables you want (which you, of course, must define somehow), if that's what you are asking. > more .. > > this convention has been maintained with the release 3.x?? I'm not sure I know what "convention" you are referring to. It is written in shell, so you can do the same things in shell in 3.x that you could in 2.x. > if so, and > more generally, as can make to learn that label [--command] were > maintained from the 2.0.12 to 3.x and what does not? I'm sorry, I don't understand your use of English here very well. Are you asking which options remain the same and which change between the 2.x and 3.x releases? You can only discover this by comparing the documentation between the two releases. I suggest start doing this by looking at live-manual for 3.x vs 2.x, which is process-oriented documentation, i.e. "How do I do ____" vs. the reference-oriented man pages. That way, you'll be able to easily see what does what in each release. ben -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
