Package: live-build Version: 3.0~b3-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Start image build with --firmware-chroot true --firmware-binary true 2. firmware will be downloaded and installed in chroot but apt will skip download considering they are already installed saying something like:prism2-usb-firmware-installer is already the newest version.
