we've had an initial and very incomplete, more sort of a
proof-of-concept, support for building with sudo internal (not to be
confused with executing 'sudo lb [...]' with 'external' sudo).
it has never worked and i'm pretty much convinced that it doesn't give
any benefits at all in pursueing this, which is why i'm going to remove
it in lb 4.x.
