I installed Tails on a DVD disk and ran it live with no problem.
I then ran the internal USB creator to install Tails on an 8GB USB
without problems.
I then changed my setup to boot from USB and shut down
I removed the DVD inserted the USB and started this Toshiba Satellite
L645 laptop.
The progress bar ran to full but then stopped. I was dumped into a
non-responsive
terminal page on which the above error message was printed.
I shut down and tried again to boot from the USB stick with identical
results
