It's not netboot but nfsoverlay.
command line looks like:
fetch=http://debian_file_system.squashfs boot=live
nfsoverlay=my_nfs_server:/nfs/debian/
Rather: NM should not touch configured boot interface, and it seems
that it is a case in Ubuntu.
Where I should report NM problem ?
