Hi, Sorry I was working on this, but then finally got fed up with with the systemd/gnome pushers (which have already caused me hours of grief with stuff that has gotten broken by the whole fiasco) and the whole Poettering/Gnome political bullying dressed up as technical/business arguments that has push at least two other bad/half-assed solutions that I know about (pulseaudio was years of brokness, network manager is only now getting bridge support and it still has issues which occasionally results in the need for multiple boots get a working network). I briefly gave up on the linux desktop and moved my Windows Vms to main OS, but I have too many years invested in Linux/Debian to give up that easily. I am considering shifting to Plan9 though as philosophy seems to be more about best-of-breed rather than first/most popular solution out the door, which is what Poettering solutions are about (they get popular because they are first and have the most weight behind them, not because they are good (in fact I would argue they are first because they don't take time to do things right). Anyway enough of my rant, point is I was temporarily out of the picture as far as working in this goes. I'm not sure where my patch is at the moment. It is easily recreate, I just have to get things into a state where I can do it. Regards, Daniel -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
